Lupus Fighters of America Foundation is having a fundraiser and seeking your support to assist us in reaching our fund-raising goal of $800,000. To acquire the needed supplies & materials to began constructing the Legacy Gardens “Affordable Housing" Community.

We’re providing a global solution for self sufficiency and sustainability within each community. Utilizing our CCLT infrastructure for constructing temporary, transitional, rental & permanent affordable housing for extremely low to low income households. This includes single & multi-unit dwellings for our homeless individuals and families seeking shelter in Nevada and across the globe. Our CCLT Infrastructure will provide residence with long term security and generational stability.

Fundraiser with a Purpose & Solution

Lupus Fighters of America Foundation is having a fundraiser and were seeking your support to assist us with reaching our fund-raising goal of $800,000. This will allow us to fast track the first (1st) phase of construction of the Legacy Gardens “Affordable & Transitional” Housing Community for over 50,000 poverty stricken (Extremely low to Low Income Households) Nevadans. While addressing the need of over 20,000 Nevadans & 12 million+ facing homelessness in the US - due to the current pandemic.....

The rise of consumerism is having a negative impact on humanity in two distinct ways: First, the drive to attain more monetary wealth and material goods has shown to increase levels of depression and reduce overall life satisfaction. Second, the rate of producing more material goods is having a significant strain on the planet's resources and will not be able to sustain life if we don't take action today. Thus, the quality of life for humans is on the decline and our way of life is not sustainable. Together, we can make a difference.

How The Proceeds Are Used

FUNDS ALLOCATION

Land Acquisition

From the proceeds, $200,000 will be used to acquire more land & permits to start constructing prototype homes.

Construction & Materials

$150,000 will be used to obtain the construction printer and the much needed materials for the prototypes.

Transitional Housing

$150,000 will be used to construct 15+ fully functional prototype single/multi- unit temporary/transitional shelters. 

Affordable Housing 

$300,000 will be used to construct 20+ functional prototype single/multi-unit extended stay rentals/starter homes.
